SUMMARY OF BIGFORK HARBOR RULES & REGULATIONS

 

HOMEOWNERS:
Please contact the Manager's office if you plan to have guests/renters use your unit when you are absent. Please make sure that your guests have a copy of the complete "Rules and Regulations" concerning our association and your unit.

 

PARKING:

-Residents must park their vehicles in their assigned parking space; if a resident has more than one vehicle they must contact the Manager for an appropriate parking space.  Guest spots are not to be used on a permanent basis by only one resident. NO parking on grass. NO parking in other owners spaces unless with authorization. Make a point to let your guests know the parking rules.

 

-Boats and boat trailers are not to be parked on the premises other than for a day when putting in or taking out the boat. Residents must have their name on their boat trailer and contact the Manager for an appropriate parking area.  NO parking on grass.

 

OPEN SPACES:

 -NO fireworks are allowed on Bigfork Harbor Property.

-Children are not allowed to play in the stream nor throw rocks.

-Bicycles may be stored on patios, decks, or garages-Not under stairways.

-No towels garments or rugs are allowed to hung from any part of the building outside

-The use of charcoal started fluid is prohibited.

-The disposal of large items such as furniture, large boxes, etc. is the responsibility of the owner.

 

BUILDINGS:

 -Noise level is to kept quiet after 10:00 pm, which includes no loud music, running of washing machines, and nuisances such as late night partying.

-No flammables are to be kept in any unit, garage or storage rooms-this includes large gas tanks.

-Please make sure your unit is winterized according to the Rules and Regulations.

 

PETS:

-Guests and renters are NOT allowed to have a pet? NO exceptions

-All owners who have registered pets MUST follow ALL the rules concerning pets.

 

SWIMMING POOL:

Follow all pool rules.

-Children are NOT allowed in the pool from 1:00 pm to 3:30pm (main adult time)  unless no adults are using the pool at that time.  If an adult enters the pool during this time children must leave the pool at once.

-Children under 3 yrs. are NOT allowed in the pool.

-Pets are NOT allowed in the pool area.
